Client overview

Bene Esse Nutra is an Indian health and wellness brand offering targeted digestive-health supplements designed to address common concerns such as constipation, gas, and digestive discomfort.

The brand had developed a distinct product range, including Poop Ezy, Go Gas Gone, and IBS Gone, but needed a stronger ecommerce system to turn product awareness into consistent online sales.

Bene Esse Nutra partnered with Rex Digital to rebuild its digital presence, improve the online purchase experience, and develop a measurable customer-acquisition strategy across its website and paid marketing channels.

The challenge

Bene Esse Nutra had products created around clear consumer needs, but its digital presence was not effectively converting that demand into sales.

The existing customer journey lacked a consistent structure. Product benefits were not immediately clear, promotional messaging was spread across different channels, and visitors did not always understand which product was most relevant to their needs.

  • Low website conversion rates
  • High dependence on discounts
  • Inconsistent acquisition costs
  • Limited customer-retention systems
  • Weak differentiation in a competitive wellness market
  • A lack of reliable performance tracking across campaigns

Rex Digital's goal was not simply to increase traffic. The objective was to build a complete ecommerce funnel that could attract the right audience, clearly communicate the products' value, and convert more visitors into customers.

The strategy

We developed a full-funnel ecommerce growth strategy focused on four primary goals:

  1. Improve the website's ability to convert traffic into sales
  2. Create paid campaigns around specific customer problems
  3. Increase average order value through bundles and promotions
  4. Build systems that encouraged repeat purchases

Rather than treating website design, advertising, and content as separate activities, we connected them into one measurable customer journey.

Rebuilding the ecommerce experience

We reorganized the website around the questions customers were most likely to ask before purchasing:

  • What problem does this product address?
  • How does it work?
  • Which product is right for me?
  • How should I take it?
  • Why should I trust the brand?
  • What makes it different from alternatives?

Product pages were rebuilt with clearer headlines, more structured benefit sections, usage information, frequently asked questions, and stronger calls to action.

We also simplified the checkout journey and reduced unnecessary distractions between the product page and purchase.

These changes increased the website conversion rate from 0.8% to 5.1%, representing a 537% improvement.

Building campaigns around customer intent

Instead of running broad advertisements promoting the entire brand, we separated campaigns according to the customer's primary concern.

Different creative and landing-page journeys were developed for:

  • Constipation and irregularity
  • Gas and bloating
  • Digestive discomfort
  • General gut-health support
  • Product bundles and limited-time promotions

This allowed the messaging to speak directly to the reason each person was considering a purchase. A customer experiencing bloating saw different messaging from someone primarily concerned about constipation. This improved ad relevance and reduced wasted spending on audiences unlikely to purchase a particular product.

Developing a performance creative system

We created multiple advertisement formats to test different approaches, including:

  • Product-focused static advertisements
  • Problem-and-solution creative
  • Educational digestive-health content
  • Customer-review creative
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Product demonstration videos
  • Bundle-focused advertisements
  • Retargeting advertisements for website visitors

Creative performance was reviewed continuously. Underperforming advertisements were paused, while successful concepts were adapted into new variations.

This testing process reduced the average customer acquisition cost by 68%, from Rs. 1,240 to Rs. 397.

Increasing average order value

Acquiring a customer becomes significantly more valuable when the customer purchases more than one product.

We introduced a structured offer system that included:

  • Product bundles
  • Quantity-based discounts
  • Free-shipping thresholds
  • Limited-time promotional codes
  • Cross-selling between related products
  • Post-purchase offers

Rather than offering the same discount to every visitor, promotions were aligned with the customer's stage in the buying journey. New visitors received low-friction introductory offers, while returning customers were shown bundles and higher-value purchase options.

These changes increased average order value by 146%, from Rs. 1,089 to Rs. 2,679.

Improving retargeting and customer retention

Many visitors did not purchase during their first interaction with the brand. We therefore developed retargeting journeys for:

  • Product-page visitors
  • Customers who added products to their cart
  • Customers who began checkout but did not complete payment
  • Previous customers approaching an expected repurchase period
  • Customers who had previously responded to a promotion

The brand's previous customers were segmented separately from new prospects, allowing the campaigns to focus on replenishment, related products, and bundles.

Repeat-purchase revenue increased by 384%, while abandoned-cart recovery generated an additional 18% of monthly ecommerce revenue.

Establishing accurate performance tracking

Before scaling campaigns, we established clear tracking for the actions that mattered most.

  • Product-page views
  • Add-to-cart events
  • Checkout initiation
  • Completed purchases
  • Revenue by product
  • Revenue by campaign
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Return on advertising spend
  • Average order value
  • New versus returning customers

Campaign decisions were then based on actual revenue contribution rather than clicks, impressions, or engagement alone. This made it possible to identify which products, audiences, and advertisements were generating profitable growth.

The results

By combining website optimization, targeted paid advertising, performance creative, and ecommerce offer strategy, Bene Esse Nutra achieved substantial growth across its primary performance indicators.

Monthly online revenue increased from Rs. 4.6 lakh to Rs. 46.6 lakh, representing a 912% increase. The number of monthly orders increased by 731%, while the website conversion rate grew from 0.8% to 5.1%.

At the same time, the average customer acquisition cost decreased by 68%, allowing the brand to acquire significantly more customers without increasing advertising costs at the same rate.

The campaigns produced a blended return on advertising spend of 8.7x, meaning the brand generated Rs. 8.70 in attributed revenue for every Rs. 1 spent on advertising.

Performance summary

  • 912% increase in monthly online revenue
  • 8.7x blended ROAS
  • 68% reduction in customer acquisition cost
  • 537% increase in website conversion rate
  • 731% increase in monthly orders
  • 146% increase in average order value
  • 384% increase in repeat-purchase revenue
  • 18% of monthly revenue recovered through abandoned-cart campaigns

The outcome

Bene Esse Nutra's digital presence was transformed from a collection of individual products and promotions into a connected ecommerce growth system.

The new strategy gave the brand a clearer understanding of:

  • Which products attracted new customers
  • Which advertisements generated profitable purchases
  • Which website changes increased conversions
  • Which promotions increased order value
  • Which customers were most likely to purchase again

Most importantly, the brand gained a scalable foundation for acquiring customers, improving conversion rates, and generating repeat revenue.

Closing statement

Bene Esse Nutra did not need more traffic alone. It needed a better system for converting attention into measurable ecommerce revenue.

By aligning the website, advertising, creative, and customer-retention strategy, Rex Digital helped turn consumer interest into a repeatable and scalable growth engine.
